These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Reputiq in relation to the assessment of Google reviews and assistance with review removal requests.

2. Services

Reputiq may provide services including:

• Assessment of public Google reviews

• Identification of reviews that may violate Google's review policies

• Preparation and submission of review removal requests

• Ongoing communication regarding the review process

3. Free Initial Assessment

The initial assessment is provided free of charge and without obligation.

Receiving an assessment does not create any obligation to purchase further services.

4. Success-Based Service

Where agreed individually, Reputiq may offer success-based review removal services.

As Google alone decides whether a review is removed, no specific outcome can be guaranteed.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client confirms that:

• they are authorized to represent the business,

• the information provided is accurate,

• they cooperate where necessary during the review process.

6. Fees

Any fees will be agreed individually before services commence.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, no fees are payable for the initial assessment.

7. Liability

Reputiq provides its services with reasonable care.

Liability is limited to cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the operator's jurisdiction unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
